How do I track my NSFAS application status?
Officially: myNSFAS portal, WhatsApp (+27 63 093 5671) or USSD *120*67327#. Use the tracker above to log each status change so you always know where you stand.
Is this the official NSFAS website?
No. This is an independent personal organizer, not affiliated with NSFAS. For official actions always use nsfas.org.za.
Where is my data saved?
Only in this browser. No account, no server, nothing sent anywhere. Use “Erase all my data” anytime to wipe it.
How long does NSFAS take to approve?
It varies — verification happens in phases and can take weeks to months. Log each phase in your timeline to see your own progress.
What does “Awaiting Registration” mean?
NSFAS approved you in principle but waits for your institution to confirm registration. Allowances can’t be paid until then — check with your financial aid office.
