The tracker stores data only on your device
The NSFAS Application Tracker on this site runs entirely in your web browser. There is no sign-up and no account. The details you enter into the tracker — your application profile, status log, document checklist, allowance records and reminders — are saved only in your browser’s local storage, on your own device. They are not sent to us and we cannot see them.
You can delete everything the tracker has stored at any time by using the erase-all button on the Tracker page, or by clearing your browser’s site data. If you use a different browser or device, your tracker data will not follow you, because it never leaves the device where you entered it.
We never ask for your NSFAS password
This site is an independent personal organiser. It is not affiliated with NSFAS, it does not connect to NSFAS systems, and it will never ask for your myNSFAS password or login details. For official actions, always use nsfas.org.za directly.
Information you send us
If you contact us, we will receive whatever you choose to include in your message (for example your name and email address) and will use it only to reply to you.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
WordPress and any plugins, analytics or advertising services added to this site in future (such as Google AdSense) may use cookies to operate, measure visits or show ads. When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites; you can manage or opt out of personalised advertising through your browser settings and Google’s ad settings. We will update this page when such services are added.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
